we’re suppose to go to Paris in early April, as noted upthread, TGV in from Luxembourg, then out on Eurostar. Eurostars site seems to say that you can get a credit, even if train is running, during strike, but our trip to Paris is contingent on transportation being available…no way to get within the city for us without metro or RER. (Also have prepaid tickets).

I was also wondering if Eurostar is willing to refund if strike is still going on, or we may do Brussels instead, so allow us to just change to there (though I suspect it’ll be to enable us to use credit toward price at time of change, which we’ll still owe a lot since we bought tickets in Jan).
