It's hard to say. There could be multiple reasons why SkyCouch isn't showing.

1. It's sold out
2. NZ have a stop-sell on the flight (such as if they're planning an aircraft swap)
3. The number of passengers and their booking class on your PNR means that NZ aren't willing to sell due to capacity issues.
