Called in this afternoon, rep said they tried to pull Experian and it was frozen. Last time they pulled Equifax, so I had unfroze Equifax. This time they want Experian. So I unfroze Experian, they pulled report and then he said he would need to transfer me to, "Account Acquisitions". After transfer, she put me through the third degree of questions (as expected).
