EVERYONE travelling in Upper Class can use the Clubhouse; in fact, each Upper Class passenger can even bring a guest, too.
It's really not difficult. If your class of travel (Upper Class) qualifies for lounge access, you're in. If you're travelling in Economy Class, you have to able to show the relevant status in the relevant programme and be travelling on one of the particular airlines listed:
(And again for the avoidance of doubt; Flying Blue members travelling in "business class" on VS, DL or AM get into the Clubhouse; if they're travelling in business class on AF they only get into the Clubhouse if connecting to a La Premiere flight in CDG; for Flying Blue members travelling in Economy Class, there is no access to the Clubhouse, except for Platinums travelling in Economy Class on VS or DL)
Chill on the aggressive tone guys, it may be grasping at straws I am just trying to ascertain the angle of VS here. The only conclusion I can think of is that DL and KL-AF FFs are high volume at LHR and VS was to limit their number if they are only gold level. I only contest because it just didn't make much sense to myself, even if they specifically highlight FB and DM. There are other airlines in ST afterall that have 4 FF levels, with two tiers within the ST EP level that are not penalised in this way, as we can see on the website. It's just a shame those people have to go to the tiny Aspire lounge because they are with the "wrong" FF programme within the ST alliance.
