I just called in to have a cert that is expiring soon extended. The agent said as a one time courtesy, she could extend it. Great, I thought. During the call when I logged out of the account and logged back in again, I could see the cert disappeared while I was put on hold. The agent came back and said there had been an error and she could not retrieve the cert, but she had opened a case and I should hear back in 3-5 business days.
I am taking a trip to see the UT national parks next month, and I was really hoping to use this cert in Moab. I have a feeling this cert now is lost in the ether.
