And I was thinking of resurrecting this thread as I have had 2 out of my last 4 stays that haven’t posted in spite of my Marriott number clearly showing on the folio! How is this possible? Is the hotel to blame or is it corporate?

I wonder how many people miss out on stays if they don’t diligently check their accounts.
