ET is still flying angled flat seats on some routes and most of their lie-flat seats in the fleet don't have aisle access from the window although the newer planes do.
My husband and I have the seats in the middle so both of us have aisle access. Unfortunately because we are flying from ORD we have the crappiest lie flat seats. On the ADD-VFA leg which is 5 hours we have the old style bucket seats. That aircraft was supposed to be a 787-8 but got switched out to a 737 MAX .Maybe by May ET will switch it back to a 787.8
