So, me and the wife booked 2 roundtrip award tix to Rome for Sunday, as luck would have it, I am positive for Covid. My question, I understand they will reinstate the miles, but what about the $225+ I paid in seat upgrades. is that refunded in some way.
Also can that all be done online in hopes they address the seat upcharges I paid?
