Online services super buggy for anyone else?

Just got the gold card for the SUB, realized that I'll probably be cutting it tight with spend requirements because my plat annual fee is going up next month and I'll be gunning for a retention. So trying to move as much as possible of my spend to the gold now. But it would help if Amex's website wasn't .....

- got approved for the card and got a link to get the number before it delivered. The link didn't work, just said I was ineligible to get the card number early. Tried it from an incognito browser and that worked, let me add it to Apple Pay on some devices but not others.

- Tried to use the number the website gave me including the temporary security code on other things, and it appears the temporary security code is wrong, can't use it at merchants or add to remaining Apple Pay devices

- got an email with an estimated date for the physical card to arrive. There's a link in the email to track the card. Click on the link, and just get "We're sorry. For your security, you have been temporarily denied access to the system." Same in incognito window.

... Amex. Are your programmers all on strike?!
