Supplemental info beyond the map image in the above post:
- Bag Reclaim is not in terminal G. It’s just part of the non-sterile area on the lower level below the International Check-In area. Your family should be advised/reminded that to exit customs and recheck their bags, they will turn LEFT and follow signs for connecting flights/bag recheck. Then you can meet them right when the sliding doors open. They will then turn left to drop off their bags for the onward flight. Then ALL of you will have to clear security to get back to the gates.
