Currently on my second stay here within a short period of time. Unfortunately, it’s quite underwhelming and doesn’t meet our high expectations…

My wife was probably food poisoned from Mr Stork - their rooftop bar - and had to be hospitalized. Front desk quite slow and not very responsive. I had two general requests on laundry and never get any feedback. Had to go down and ask again to only get a very robotic, negative feedback. Hard product is also quite worn out for only 5 years after opening (e.g. sofa in our room is torn and patched very provisionally).

Otherwise the staff in the restaurants are great and have a good spirit. Location is of course fantastic and the general setup of the hotel could be the perfect foundation for a fantastic hotel experience.
