But that’s not true, as evidenced by your own case. The Indian government has nothing to do with Nexus, as that is a program only open to US/CA citizens and PRs. The website mentions Indian clearance for Global Entry but that is only for Indian citizens who are not PR holders, such as B1/B2 or H1B.
