Note that there's officially a 45-minute cutoff on checked luggage, and the layover at Albany for passengers arriving from Boston is currently scheduled to be 55 minutes. That's cutting it close (you could get stuck in line inside the station and miss the cutoff), so be prepared to not be able to check luggage.
