Apologies for digging up an old post, but this seems to be most closely related to what I’m trying to figure out.

I fully realize the no fee supplementary card doesn’t offer lounge access. I assume it doesn’t offer the checked baggage allowance or priority perks, either. But what about insurance (delay, cancellation, medical coverage, etc)?

Here’s my scenario: my primary card had to be cancelled last week due to a fraudulent charge. I’m waiting for a replacement but want to book a reward flight for myself and the family using Mrs. ffsim’s no fee supplemental card. I know I’ll get the 3x AP points from the purchase, but want to make sure we’d be covered by the insurance policies, too.

Any ideas?
