I flew AA1309 DEN-PHX, A321 March 11th, the "
completely full, no PDB" 1835 deparure had 2 Main seats and 1 F seat available at T-60m with ZERO on the upgrade waitlist and ZERO standby.
The flight departed with 1 empty in Main and 3ACF empty in First. I guess two pax had a last minute change in plans.
