You won't go through security. You will go through passport control after the non-Schengen lounge or before the Schengen lounge. The non-Schengen lounge is generally considered better than the Schengen lounge, but it will be less time (considering passport control) to the gate from the Schengen lounge (since Norway is in the Schengen area).
