Have flown several TATL itineraries this year on the 339 (so 764 maybe different). Wifi is $39 for full flight streaming when bought on board. Wifi quality is okay -- good enough for texts, emails and casual browsing; not so good for streaming.

The wifi does disappear a little over Greenland if you're taking an extremely northerly route to the West Coast
