We dropped our bags in T2, then exited the building, walked a couple minutes to T3, and cleared security there due to construction. Exactly this. There was literally one set of Desks open for WestJet, drop your bags (Check In) and then you walk to T3 Delta, go up the stairs, through security and as stated literally walk back across to T2.. T2 Checkin is basically a complete construction zone, this was in January as well. No self check in, completely face to face manually process if you are checking bags or need assistance.
