Where are you going in the US? President brand Brie is widely available (in identical packaging) in average grocery stores, and I can always get raclette (cut from a big wheel, so maybe even better than a pre-packed product) at my local Whole Foods. I realize that it's more special to bring it from France, but it's not like you can't get those same cheeses in the US.
