I will be flying ET to ORD-ADD-VFA VFA in J in May for a safari. I fly UA on the return. That ET food looks much more delicious than the pics of the slop being served in UA Polaris. ET still serves by course, UA brings everything at once on a tray. I was thinking the Polaris flight would be better than the ET flight but now I'm rethinking my expectations.
