I had a 10-minute change to an arrival on an itinerary (connection was pushed back), but the online rebooking tool does not reflect any ability to enact a free change (main cabin fare). This is odd as compared to some other recent schedule changes where even a minute provided a free change. Has anyone ever had luck with agents providing the free change in this case? I tried messaging, but the agent quoted the fare difference and said I was ineligible for a free change due to the minor change.
