Schedule doesn't consider daylight savings time?

I'm supposed to have a 2.5hr I-D connection today. The UA app still says this. But upon arrival, it's one hour later so I only have a 1.5hr layover. Is this... normal? I would have thought airline schedule should know about, and reflect, this.
