Programs: No single airline or hotel chain is of much use to me anymore.

This has been widely poorly communicated. The airside of Terminal 2 has been combined with the rebuilt Terminal 3 and the old Terminal 2 security checkpoint has been closed.

I don't recall there being a bag self-check at the WestJet check-in. There are always people checking strollers and the like but I have never found it terribly busy at any time.
