That's right. Using the overpass was not a big deal - at least it works. One of my local train station's lifts for the overpass was under maintenance for over 2 months and can you imagine someone in a wheel chair got off a train and found out that he/she is trapped. We had to move our suitcases up and down 4 flights of stairs... I live in Denmark.
