I'm flying MCI-ATL-OGG with my family late this year, ATL-OGG is marketed as Delta One, given the difference in the written rules about connecting flights for domestic versus international Delta One, I assume that the access for Delta One on domestic is only in ATL, not before our flight to connect to that in MCI?

Things will be so much easier when the kids turn 13 and I can just add them to the AMEX card for their own access.
