How much have you tipped recently in the Polaris dining room for table service, if you do tip there? I have never noticed any of my fellow diners leave cash on the table at the IAD dining room, but I am sure they do. I have left $10 for service for the meal and 1-2 drinks in the recent months, but are the servers accustomed to more or less?
