Voucher Refunds
Hello! I have a booking made on ba.com that has been cancelled within 24 hours of making the booking, but it was cancelled "manually" on the phone and has been stuck in the refunds queue for 3 weeks now. Is there anything that could be done to speed up the process since I need the voucher used in the cancelled booking to make a new booking for travel before 30 Sep (covid voucher rules). Agents say it has been escalated but I keep getting new ETAs despite that (another 7 working days etc). Any help would be appreciated.
