Rent, food, restaurants? Rents are high in all major cities in Germany. Food, restaurants, public transportation are about the same as in other large cities

Yes, legal and the large majority of people are responsible and the empty bottles and cans are for people who collect them to get the cash deposit (cans 0.25€, bottles 0.08 to 0.15€)
