Especially if you have no luggage, LGA isn't that hard by public transit. The M60 is a better option than the Q33. Take the 1 or the D to 125th street and grab it there. It's never taken me more than 45 minutes to get to LGA from Columbus Circle via this subway/bus combo. And it's the cheapest of all the airports to get to via public transit.
