If this was your outbound leg then check your return reservations immediately - if BA flag you as a no show on BA269 your return reservations could be cancelled. I think this happens because of the poor synchronicity between AA and BA systems - but it caused me to have my return flights cancelled a few years back, when BA and AA independently booked me on different new flights after a 5 hour delay and (obviously) I was a no show for one of them!
Thats a very good point which I hadn’t thought of but luckily my return flights were okay. I’m now back at LHR waiting for the final leg to DUB.
On a separate note, all flights have posted very, very quickly eg within hours of completion. The only issue is the initial DUB-LHR flight but that could be due to the last minute changes, however, my BAEC number is in the ticket for that leg. Not a big issue to claim.
