I had actually taken a look at this, but still couldn't quite work out how easy/difficult it would be -- in terms of distance/time -- to visit the QF F lounge when on a BA ticket/flight.
If anyone had experience of doing this themselves, I'd be very grateful to hear any opinions on this. Again, many thanks!
It is a 30 second walk plus a lift ride post-security. I somehow almost always spend longer waiting for the lift than walking.
Horrifyingly long! I know. Should be shorter right?!
After clearing security in the international terminal, walk
over the short bridge and turn left. After a few seconds of walking, there will be a lift on the right. Take the lift up to the fifth floor. When exiting the lift look diagonally right and you'll see the entrance to the QF F lounge.
If you turn left before the bridge, you'll be on the wrong side of the mini-atrium and you can tell you're in the wrong spot because the lift is on the left and only goes down to the Amex Centurion Lounge.
