Is anyone else having problems making a booking using their Aegean Pass tickets?

I am unable to select a departure airport for my 6 flight Aegean Pass. When I try to enter a departure airport/city, I get the error "no matches found" regardless of what I enter. It looks like this should work like a dropdown menu where you enter the first few characters of the city or airport and it offers the available choices, but nothing appears no matter what I enter and I am unable to proceed.

I emailed Aegean Customer Support but all I got back was a form reply with some common FAQs.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
