Just get your coffee from a Starbucks or similar coffee shop, if you want to shower, take a cab to your hotel, check in early and ask if you can use their gym or spa’s shower facilities if you’re room isn’t ready yet.
There is the Changi Lounge in the Jewel that accepts same-day arrivals.
