This is perhaps a perfect example of where the Globalist benefit of the Concierge could be EXTREMELY valuable. The confusion around terms & conditions is not new with any of these hotel & airline programs but one would 'think' that the Globalist Concierge would get it straightened out for you without you having to waste time and effort on your own. I'm glad you reached successful closure on this.
