Gogo in general is just terrible, I haven't flown Delta long haul in several years but I feel like the quality of the WiFi on the CRJs has continually gotten worse the past three years. I'm always on CRJs in and out of SBN and each time is less reliable than the last. The last few flights I've yet to get one flight where I can even get connected to it without getting kicked off the network 5 times trying to get to the payment page to where I just give up.
Note that GoGo (which was acquired by Intelsat in 2021) has two different systems. The CRJs use terrestrial ground-based systems which are totally different from the satellite based systems on widebodies. Each system can have it's own unique issues.
