Summary: This was easily one of my top 3 F flights ever, possibly #1. Everything was executed brilliantly, including the wonderful SYD QF F lounge. The couple of hiccups (overcooked main, dessert mixup) didn't detract from the entire experience. A+!

Gippsland Beef Short ribs - outstanding aussie beef that was tender & flavorful. Paired brilliantly with the Two Hands/Ares Shiraz
Barramundi - overcooked and poor. Shame, because it looked & sounded beautiful.
Orange Friand Cake - I don't normally get dessert but due to the main meal hiccup, I went with this...and didn't regret it! Amazing dessert wine paired well.
Afternoon Tea (only asked for the sandwiches, no scones for me)
Egg White Tortilla - exceptional. The perfect breakfast in the sky. The crushed avocados and grilled peppers really elevated the dish.
Raspberry bavarois - I actually ordered this with dinner but it was incorrectly provided. So I had this after breakfast. Sensational.
