My impression is that even this list is a bit US-biased. I've heard great things about KE's lounges in ICN, and I love OK's PRG lounge (it's not big but it's got everything you need and is very characterful). I'd bet that the CO lounge (to which I haven't been, that's why I am only guessing) mentioned in that article isn't as good as either.
