you know what you’re getting which is awful for 5hrs. Pre-ordered food not enough to sustain for trip. Wanted to order more food on board but nearly everything was sold out. If you didn’t pre-order you would have starved.

luckily my coworkers also hated it and will be flying via Jordan for return visits. Going direct Wasn’t worth after all for them 😁
