If you film an accident taking place or victims of an incident who are getting hurt or got hurt, you run afould of § 201a StGB. Distributing and commerically using this material gets you into further trouble (§ 22 KUG) so if a blogger is filming you without your permission while s/he makes a vlog about flying LH, you can ask him to stop and delete too.
I am on board with you about privacy, but as a photographer I have to point out that you are misinterpreting the law. The regulation only applies to the dissemination (sharing or publishing) of photographs involving third persons. It does not ban taking photos.

So it would not be illegal for someone to accidentally film you so long as they remove you prior to publishing it. It would also be legal to do so if I never intend to publish it. Of course it would still be against LH policy and I can appreciate that you would not want to be filmed while working.

Furthermore, there is an exception for artistic and scientific purposes, which wouldn’t apply for bloggers but are worth noting.
