By the way, very glad I joined the FT forums and started reading the knowledge sharing. I have been top status at multiple airlines for over 14 years now and haven't really paid attention to the intricacies of everything.. Not sure I will ever get to the point where I fully manage travel by all this new "knowledge" but it's been interesting and a bit fun to follow along on FT. If I would have started sooner, I could have saved some paid First dollars over the years...
