I’ve been surprised the 4-5 times ordering the Old Fashioned in F, the FAs have either brought me two cans, one in the cup + additional can, or two in the cup (twice been asked if I wanted a double). Those have all been on hour regional flights, but guessing Horizon and OO FAs didn’t get the single service message.
