Any recent experiences? I couple of online reviews said construction was ongoing? Rates are much lower than other hotels in the area and wondering if there's a clear reason. I usually stay at the Potsdamer Platz Marriott, but will be working near Ku-Damm so this one is a tad closer. Looking to stay for the first time.
