LYS-LHR this morning (breakfast): the crew presented the choice as between "full English" or "Continental". "Continental" was in fact the full English minus the full English, viz. just a croissant and nutrigrain bar and the small pot of cut fruit you get on the full English tray in addition to the hot element itself.
