It’s about time the competition authorities started investigating how BA gets away with providing poor ground services at Heathrow year after year. Other LHR airlines seem to manage much much better.
HAL is by no means perfect but let’s be honest about where the real problems are.
Exactly - BA cannot complain about anything really at T5 as it's all under their control, even remote stand bussing. I have absolutely no sympathy for the shambles. If all BA office staff were made to fly once a week things would probably change very quickly...
