It should be a national disgrace that Heathrow is world leading in terms of passenger fees (and constantly asks for more), yet then manages to fail delivering a product that is remotely world leading. I see the challenges that come with operating at 95+% capacity, but while nothing can be done in terms of weather, spare capacity could be built into staffing levels. If a company operates a monopoly, it needs tough regulation from competition authorities - that seems not to be a thing in the UK.
No they're not, they're overwhelmingly airline matters.
Baggage, stand allocation at T5 (not T3), parking, pushback, deicing, opening doors, moving airbridges are all with BA.
