Requalification can be assessed only once a year. Otherwise you would need to reset the counter every time 300XP is earned, that is not feasible.
actually it's not a "requalification" but qualification for PFL - like qualification for silver from explorar or gold from silver or platinum from gold - anyway it does not matter as all status privileges are the same no matter whether I am plat or plat for life - it would just give some security from my perspective
