When my wife became seriously unwell I had a few BAH booked. I rang them, changed the name, took my mum instead and she loved it! Name changes, either FOC or for a small fee (varies depending on cabin and short vs long haul), is a massive advantage of BAH over flight only. Been useful with bike race trips abroad too where one person got injured and couldn’t race. Just swapped the names.
