Oops, did not mean to hijack this thread. Meant to start a new thread, and don't know how to correct my mistake now.
I suspect what happened wasn’t a glitch in the AS system, but rather some user who wasn’t able to spell their own email address correctly (or perhaps someone booked for them). Happens fairly often IME as a domain owner and admin.
