Misdirected Email / Privacy Issue

Today I received and email from Alaska Airlines that clearly was meant for another customer. It detailed his name, flight number, refund amount and the last four numbers of his credit card. A few days ago I received an email with a booking confirmation addressed to the same person. I called to let the airline know, and deleted the email. Seems they did not correct whatever glitch is sending his messages to my email account. When I called the airline today to report this mistake the agent said that the sender ([email protected]) was valid and not spam/phishing. She checked the ticket number and said it was a valid ticket number, and to disregard the email. I asked if perhaps the refund email I was expecting might have gone to him or someone else, and was advised to call customer relations on Monday morning. Makes me concerned about privacy.

Oops, did not mean to hijack this thread. Meant to start a new thread, and don't know how to correct my mistake now.
