Here's our LHR Club World experience today on BA288 from PHX, connecting to BCN on BA488:

- Waited 20 minutes for a gate after landing LHR. Apologies from frustrated pilot.

- Waited another 20 minutes for someone to show up to drive the jetbridge. More apologies from incredibly frustrated pilot.

- Departing from A10 (bus gates) all boarding was frozen for about 30 minutes due to "resource shortage" (i.e., not enough buses or drivers). Finally departed 55 minutes late.

-Neither of our checked bags arrive at BCN (despite being on the ground at BCN for over 3.5 hours between flights). Waited an hour in line to make a claim with IB at BCN. Told bags would be "on the next flight this evening." No update as of 12:40 a.m.

This airline is a dumpster fire.
